weight loss journey
Hey guys! I realize that there aren’t many people following my tumblr, but just knowing that one or two of you are out there makes me more likely to stick with this. I have wanted for some time now to lose weight, not a whole lot, just enough so that when I go shopping,etc I feel confident! I will blog about my journey on here, hopefully it will work!
Anyway: Today so far, I have eaten awfully, and haven’t exercised at all. I do need a rest day though, as I have ran/hiked/biked for the last week straight and it is starting to catch up to me. I was really stiff and lethargic when I tried to run last night, and made it about 15 minutes before I had to call it quits!

I’ve read that I flew up the hills and mountains of France. But you don’t fly up a hill. You struggle slowly and painfully up a hill, and maybe, if you work very hard, you get to the top ahead of everybody else.
